More Than a Woman
by Caitlin Moran
This book hooked me right from
the beginning. I was so excited to read a book about women that was able to
include every single problem that a modern woman deals with daily. This story
is a funny memoir and at the same time covers important topics that need lots
of attention. Its main focus is on middle-aged women, it addresses some serious
matters and delves into important issues that almost all women are dealing with
issues that so many of us may not have taken notice before reading this book.
I found the writing style genuinely enjoyable, fun, and
engaging. It was like the author tried to break the pattern by comically
looking into major issues.
It's a book that I have to read again, it made me feel I
should rethink some issues and look into them with more attention, while it
made me laugh at the same time.
