A pleasing Historical Fiction portraying Alice Roosevelt, I knew
nothing of her and reading this book was like finding a new friend which I
share lots of similar stories of success and great mistakes and adventure with.
There is unique and profoundly touching means in Stephanie Thornton’s
portrayal of Alice Roosevelt and her love hate relationship with Eleanor Roosevelt.
The story is so detailed as if Alice has written her memoir.
And my favorite part was when her father said:” Don’t ask questions. Just
accept the gist”
